What this site knows about you

Updated 10 October 2026

Very little, on purpose. This page says what is collected when you visit, who handles it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who is responsible

Reveries is the trade name of Berckan Guerrero, a self-employed professional based in Spain, who is the controller of the data described here. For anything on this page, write to hi@reveries.dev.

What we do not do

This site sets no cookies. It has no forms, no accounts and no advertising. It does not follow you to other sites, and nothing about your visit is sold or shared for marketing. That is why there is no cookie banner.

What your browser keeps

Two things, both only so the site works, neither of them identifying you, and neither ever leaving your browser. When you move from one page to the next, the transition and the language you picked are handed over in this tab's session storage, and the next page deletes them as soon as it reads them. On the Work page, the view you choose (grid or list) is kept in your browser's local storage so it is still there next time; clearing your browser's site data removes it.

What is collected, and by whom

Hosting: Vercel
Vercel delivers the pages from the point of its network closest to you, and runs the site's server code in Paris. Like any web server, it processes your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser's user agent to deliver the page and keep the service secure.
Visit statistics: PostHog
Which pages are viewed and for how long, the site you came from, and your browser and device type. It runs in cookieless mode: no cookie and nothing in your browser's storage. Visitors are counted with a hash of your IP address and browser mixed with a value PostHog replaces and deletes every day, so no identifier follows you from one day to the next, and your IP address itself is not kept. Session recording is off. The data is stored in the United States.
Error reports: Sentry
Only when something on a page breaks: the error, where in the code it happened, your browser and operating system, the page address without its query string, and an approximate location (city and country) that Sentry works out from your IP address when the report arrives. The IP address itself is not stored, and there are no cookies. Stored in the European Union.
Email: Google Workspace
If you write to hi@reveries.dev, your message arrives through Google Workspace, and we keep it to answer you and to follow up the conversation.

Why we are allowed to

Statistics, error reports and hosting rest on our legitimate interest in running a site that is secure, that works, and whose use we understand in aggregate (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Email rests on answering what you asked when you wrote to us (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

How long we keep it

Statistics and error reports are kept while they are useful to understand the site and to fix it, and are deleted on the providers' retention schedules. Emails are kept as long as the conversation, or the work that comes out of it, needs them, and then for as long as the law requires.

Outside the European Union

Vercel, PostHog, Sentry and Google are companies based in the United States. Where data leaves the European Union, it does so under the safeguards the GDPR provides for it: an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to how it is used, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to hi@reveries.dev. The statistics are anonymous and cookieless, so in most cases we have no way to tell which of them are yours.

If you think we got something wrong, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es), or to the authority where you live.

Tell us what you are building.
